About us

Implementing the Directive No 2006/123/EC of December 12 2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on services in the internal market (OJ 2006 L 376, p. 36) as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008, laying down procedures relating to the application of certain national technical rules to products lawfully marketed in another Member State and repealing Decision No 3052/95/EC, Lithuania, as well as the other member states, is obliged to establish a Point of Single Contact for Services and a Product Contact Point.
The Point of Single Contact for Services and Products is established at the public institution Enterprise Lithuania.
The goal of the Point of Single Contact for Services and Products is to provide informing, advising services to business people and to ensure the possibility for businessmen to perform all procedures and formalities, relating to gaining of the right to provide and develop services, by electronic means.
The Point of Single Contact for Services and Products will operate on “one-stop-shop“ basis. It will work as a mediator between the applicant and the competent institution. The possibility to get all information and to perform all administrative procedures directly via competent institutions will remain as well.
All services provided by the Point of Single Contact for Services and Products are available on the website Business Gateway and are free of charge.
