Company qualification certificate
The certificate entitles a company to engage in property and/or business valuation activities in the Republic of LithuaniaLegislation governing the granting of the authorisation

1. The service provider submits an application in a prescribed form and the required documents in order to obtain a certificate.
2. The service provider pays an established fee.
3. The Institute examines the submitted application and documents.
4. The Institute takes a decision to grant or refuse the authorisation.
5. A notice of granting of the certificate is published in the Official Gazette Valstybės žinios.
The Director of the Institute takes a decision to grant or refuse a qualification certificate to the company within 30 business days from the date on which the documents are submitted (as entered in the register of documentary submissions)

1. Application for a certificate signed by the head of the company and bearing the seal of the company, containing the following data:
1.1. name, type, code and address of the registered office of the company;
1.2. the names and surnames of the property appraisers of the company holding qualification certificates of property appraisers, reference numbers and the dates of issue of qualification certificates, the field of valuation and the date on which an employment contract with the company was concluded;
1.3. the date of the application.
2. Certificate of Registration of the company and its copy, approved by the company.
3. Articles of Association (if any) and its copy approved by the company.
4. Third party liability insurance policy for the company and its copy, approved by the company.
5. Document confirming the payment of the fee for granting the certificate and its copy, approved by the company.
6. State social insurance certificates of property appraisers employed in the company for whom the company is their main workplace and their copies approved by the company.
