The licence to export explosives entitles an undertaking to export explosives from the states of the European Community.
1. The service provider submits documents required to obtain the licence.
2. The Weaponry Fund, having received the documents supplied by the service
provider, forwards these documents to relevant institutions, if necessary.
3. Having received responses, if they are necessary, from relevant institutions,
the Weaponry Fund draws a conclusion regarding the issue of the licence.
The Weaponry Funds issues the licence to export explosives, the licence to
import explosives and the licence to transit explosives through the territory of
the Republic of Lithuania within 15 business days from the date on which the
documents are submitted.
