Licence to export explosives
The licence to export explosives entitles an undertaking to export explosives from the states of the European Community.Legislation governing the granting of the authorisation

- Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
1. The service provider submits documents required to obtain the licence.
2. The Weaponry Fund, having received the documents supplied by the service
provider, forwards these documents to relevant institutions, if necessary.
3. Having received responses, if they are necessary, from relevant institutions,
the Weaponry Fund draws a conclusion regarding the issue of the licence.
The Weaponry Funds issues the licence to export explosives, the licence to import explosives and the licence to transit explosives through the territory of the Republic of Lithuania within 15 business days from the date on which the documents are submitted.

Apart of the requisite details certifying the legal status of the application for the licence, it must contain the following:
- Name of the legal person, company code, legal form, address, telephone and fax number, as well as the type of activities subject to licensing for which the services provider applies;
- Full names, personal numbers and addresses of the declared place of residence of the head of the administration as well as supervising persons of the legal person;
- Full name and personal number of the person authorised to submit documents required to obtain and collect the licence.
