Accreditation certificate of training company, institution and organisation
Accreditation certificate entitles the holder to train boatmasters of recreational crafts.Legislation governing the granting of the authorisation

- The service provider submits required documents;
- The service provider pays an established fee;
- The Commission set by the order of the Head of the Inspectorate shall examine the received documents within 30 days and check the readiness of a specific training institution to train boatmasters of specified category of recreational motor craft and other craft.
- Based on the result of the check the accreditation commission shall file a report to the Head of the Inspectorate and make proposals on the issue of certificate.
- If the findings of the check are positive the training institution is granted a certificate for five years.
- In case of any deficiencies the accreditation may be conducted in two stages upon the decision of the accreditation commission:
6.2. If the findings of the repeated check after the probation period are positive a training institution is issued a certificate. Timeframe

Training institutions seeking for accreditation shall submit an application to the Inspectorate.
1. The following documents shall be provided with the application:
1.1. copies of registration certificate and articles of association of a training institution;
1.2. a respective curriculum;
1.3. a list of tutors (instructors) including their qualifications and length of service in the field of inland water transport;
1.4. a list of simulators, inland water and recreational craft to be used for training;
1.5. a list of available literature.
